一 |     Lyricist Kaushal Kishore is receiving a lot of love for his songs in the film, Haq. Starring Emraan Hashmi, Yami Gautam and Vartika Singh, the film is set in the ’70s and explores a divorced woman’s fight for her rights and dignity. While creating the soundscape, Kaushal, along with composer Vishal Mishra had to be considerate of the era the film was set in and the emotions they wanted to capture.     Talking about the same, the lyricist tells Filmfare, “Vishal is like a brother and we have been working together for 12-13 years. We did a lot of songs together and people loved them. But in Haq, things were different. We read the script had several conversations on how to make songs for it. We tried to understand it, create tune and decided how to fit our words into it, considering the era and emotion. I understand Vishal’s tune, and he understands my words. We support each other. We made the songs with a lot of intensity.          Kaushal also acknowledged that writing songs for Emraan Hashmi came with a lot of responsibility since most of the songs the actor had been a part of, were superhits. He continued, “Emraan is known for his songs and whenever he is in a song, people love it. But there was no pressure. We knew we were doing a soulful film inspired from real life incidents. When the script, story and characters are good, the songs also come out good.”     Kaushal Kishore is also known for his festive and devotional songs. He has given several hits like Chhathi Maiya Bulaye and Sita Gatha, which celebrate India’s festive spirit. Kaushal says that he surrenders his words to God while singing devotional songs and also wants to spread the glory of God to people.;Doing a solo film is always a different experience because you play a different role in that. You don’t have to write a song for one particular situation, but every song has to be made with respect to the film. It is a big challenge. But the way people are loving it, maybe I have done something right. And when you work with someone like Vishal, he becomes your guiding light. About devotional songs, when I do those, I surrender my words to God. That’s why I write devotional songs so that I can help people understand the greatness of God.     Also Read: HAQ Sees Huge Box Office Growth As Weekday Footfalls Nearly Double。    가스관 매설 예정지가 사유지, 기업지분 얽혀 실소유주 모호                   부산진구 부전동 450-5 일대. 부전초 후문이 인접해있어 학생들의 통학로로도 사용되고 있다. 강지원 기자- 수십년간 공용도로로 쓰였는데- 부산도시가스 “지주 동의 필수”부산 한복판인 부산진구 부전동 주민이 도시가스가 공급되지 않아 불편함을 호소하고 있다. 사유지인 관 매설 예정 부지의 실소유권이 불분명해 공사가 보류됐기 때문인데, 관련 법안이 발의됐지만 상임위에 회부된 후 감감무소식이다.부산의 중심가인 롯데백화점 부산본점 일대 부전초 인근의 20여 가구는 도시가스가 공급되지 않아 2024년부터 관 설치를 추진했다. 그러나 배관을 위한 도로 굴착 허가를 받지 못하면서 2년 가까이 공사가 진행되지 않고 있다. 주민은 사비를 들여 내부 관과 가스보일러를 설치했다가 기름보일러를 재설치하기도 했다.원인은 가스관 매설 예정 부지인 부전동 450-5 일대가 사유지로 남아 있기 때문이다. 해당 부지는 대림산업과 한일합섬이 지분을 나눠 신탁사를 통해 관리해 왔지만, 1997년 당시 한일합섬이 도산하면서 상황이 꼬였다. 이후 양사의 기업분할과 합병이 이어지며 현재는 실소유주 확인도 사실상 불가능한 상태가 됐다. 주민이 제기한 부지 사용권 확인 소송 역시 후신 기업들의 분할·합병계획서 제출이 지연되며 장기화되고 있다.해당 부지는 도로 표면에 어린이보호구역을 표시하는 포장이 깔리고 차량이 지나다니는 등 이미 수십 년간 공용 도로로 쓰였고, 소유주 측의 사용수익권 주장도 없었다. 그럼에도 부산도시가스 측은 실소유주의 동의가 필요하다는 입장이다. 사유지 무단 매설에 따른 추후 배관 철거 소송이나 손해배상 청구 등 법적 리스크를 피하기 위해 규정상 실소유주의 완벽한 동의가 필요하다는 이유에서다.관할 지자체인 부산진구는 “도시가스 설치는 부산도시가스가 담당하는 일”이라며 사실상 뒷짐을 지고 있다. 주민이 요구하는 토지 수용도 형평성과 비용 문제를 들어 어렵다는 입장이다. 김영욱 부산진구청장은 “관내 다른 지역과의 형평성 문제와 재정 예산의 한계로 해당 부지만 별도로 매입하는 것은 어렵다”며 “소유자와 협의를 해나가겠다”고 말했다.이에 도시가스 인허가 절차를 개선하고 공익성을 우선시한 제도적 해법이 시급하다는 지적이 나온다. 국회에서는 김미애(해운대을) 의원이 공익성이 인정되는 도시가스 공급시설의 설치공사 또는 변경공사를 위해 필요한 경우 토지의 사용·수용이 가능하게 하는 내용의 도시가스사업법 개정안을 지난 4월 대표발의했지만 상임위에 회부된 후 계류 상태다. 부산시의회 김재운(부산진3) 운영위원장은 “신탁사의 동의만으로도 사업을 진행할 수 있도록 시와 협의에 나설 것”이라고 말했다.。
